Full-day workshop

Suitable for beginners or more seasoned bakers, this is your chance to learn – or practise – a range of bakery skills. Find out what makes for Real Bread and discover its benefits as you make wheat and rye sourdough loaves, quick yeasted rolls for comparison along with a delicious pizza for your lunch, as well as your own delicious croissants to take home and wow your friends and family! Recipes can be adapted to suit vegans. A maximum of 5 participants at £80 per person.

Half-day workshop

Suitable for beginners or those with existing skills, share a sociable morning making your own croissants, along with some fresh yeasted rolls, pizza for lunch and some delicious cookies. Recipes can be adapted to suit vegans. £50 per person, with a maximum of 5 participants, running from 10 till 2.

Online workshops

Desperate to learn how to make sourdough but live too far from the bakery or can’t give up a whole day? Never fear, we can harness the power of Zoom to get you baking. After making or acquiring your own starter, I can take you through the whole process with a series of short sessions spread over 3 days, and, all being well, work things around your schedule.
