How to buy

My bread is almost exclusively genuine sourdough, made with organic flour, water and sea-salt, sometimes with additional natural ingredients for added flavour and nutrition. The loaves shown here are my standard range, available every week – however, if you want to be sure of getting something specific, you would be wise to place an order. ‘Specials’ are generally on offer the last and first week of each month.

You can order by text to 07419 197742, ideally by lunchtime the Thursday before baking day, as I start the mixes in the afternoon or early evening.

Once I’ve reviewed your request, I will confirm. You can then collect your order from the bakery window onto Glaisdale Station Car Park on your chosen baking day, preferably between 10 am and 2pm, or later by arrangement.
